What is your cancellation policy?

Grabbin’ Tail Charters requires a 48 hour notice to cancel your reservation. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours and do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount for the trip.

All cancellations on the behalf of Grabbin’ Tail Charters can be refunded in full or the deposit may be moved to book another trip at a later time.

What if the weather is an issue?

The Captain will make a decision on weather the morning of, or the night before and will contact you. Should the weather not permit, we can reschedule at another convenient time. If another time does not work we can issue a refund.

Where do we get picked up?

You can choose from 1 of 4 pickup locations when booking your trip.

What is provided on board?

Fishing license, insurance, cooler and ice, water, first aid kit, all fishing equipment.

What is the bathroom situation?

This is hard to accommodate, but we can find some toilets to stop at while we’re on the water.

Are there age requirements?

Everyone over the age of 6 is welcome!

Do you only do fishing charters?

No! I offer sunset cruises along with a custom trip. If you are interested in the custom trip, please fill out the form so I can get an idea of what you are wanting.

Can I bring my own gear?

Absolutely! Please just let me know ahead of time so I can make space for it.

What should we bring?

Please pack light. I highly recommend polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, food and drinks, but no glass.
